Ok. so its only one MP tabling an Early Day motion, but it could be the start of something bigger. UK Parliament considering FOSS in Schools, Universities

Mmm, gotta wonder why it's taken them so long .. after all schools are short of money and Linux is free! .. Oh yeah! Then there's the issue of security in Schools and keeping kids out of the things they shouldn't be seeing ...

If the people in charge were competent, wouldn't this be a scary world .. !
